Originally from upstate New York, my family and I moved here in 1999 as a result of a corporate relocation for my husband. What a great move...we love living in the Irmo/Columbia area of South Carolina.

Being a Realtor is not a job to me, it is a true passion. It is forever changing and no two transactions are alike. Some buyers and sellers perceive the process of buying or selling a home to be overwhelming, but with the right realtor, it certainly is not. I am a full service realtor that provides ALL my clients with exceptional service. There is nothing better than seeing the excitement of a first time home buyer when they get the keys to their first home at closing, and having the pleasure of being a part of their experience.

I take great pride in my ethics and knowledge as well as the personalized attention I give my clients, ensuring they have a positive buying or selling experience. My goal is to make my clients feel that they are my only clients, although they know they are not. They have my undivided attention attention when I am with them. I actually listen to what my client's goals are and then formulate and execute a plan that will best serve their needs. In doing so, we do not waste valuable marketing time for a seller or waste a buyers time by looking at homes that do not fit their profile. I am always available for my clients and always return phone calls the same business day...communication is key!

Because I moved twice myself on a VIP Corporate Relo, I bring an added value to my relocation clients making it easier to navigate through the process of buying or selling their home and moving their family to an unfamiliar area. I have been where they are. I love working with our military, both active and retired. My business plan allows for a seamless real estate transaction, so my clients can focus on all the other important things in their life and not stress over the sale or purchase of their home.

I specialize in working with those buyers and sellers who, like myself, have had not so pleasurable experiences with real estate agents in the past. The reason I am so successful with this type of client, is that I always put myself in their shoes and do what I would expect an agent to do for me. I am proud to say, that I have worked with several of these buyers, and they were ALL very happy with my services. Now that's a compliment!

I do not rely on advertising to grow my business, as I prefer to build my client base from referrals of past clients....which is the ultimate compliment. My goals are not based on the number of closings or my sales volume. My goal is to ensure that all of my buyers and sellers are satisfied with the services I provide them, from the first time we met all the way to the closing of their home. I want to be known as the best real estate agent they have worked with!
